Mumbai 13 February: In a major relief for Palash, the Bombay High Court has stepped in, putting an immediate restraint to Vidnyan Mane from making or publishing any further comments against Palash, after taking note of his defamatory remarks effectively curbing the spread of maligning speculations.
Taking serious note of the impact such remarks can have on an individual’s reputation and dignity, the Court directed an immediate restraint on any further statements of a similar nature.
Advocate Shreyansh Mithare , Lawyer of Palash, called the order a significant moment and big relief to his client as the Court has put an immediate stop to false remarks against Palash, emphasizing that the order restores a sense of fairness amid the controversy.
