19th May 2026, Mumbai: The upcoming episode of Tum Ho Naa will leave audiences teary-eyed as contestant Saroj opens up about a deeply personal and painful chapter of her life, her husband’s heart attack. Her story creates an emotional atmosphere on set, resonating with everyone present. Moved by her experience, host Rajeev Khandelwal shared a personal memory of his own, recalling the time his father suffered a heart attack in 2005.
Visibly seen emotional Rajeev in a numb voice opens up about the difficult moment, “2005 mein, mere papa ko heart attack aaya tha. Unka bypass hone wala tha. Jab main Delhi mein unke paas gaya, mujhe ek hi pal yaad hain jab unhe OT mein le ja rahein thein. Papa unconscious the aur main darwaaze par khada tha, bas unhe jaate hue dekh raha tha. Woh pal aisa tha ki mujhe samajh nahi aa raha tha, main kya karun… darwaaza band hone ke baad kya hoga, bas wahi khayal mann mein aa raha tha.”
His heartfelt confession added another layer of emotion to the moment, highlighting the fear and helplessness one feels while watching a loved one go through a life-threatening situation.
